Graduating this year?
The Barn is open! Open table hours are Wed-Friday 2-8 and Saturday 1-5. What are Open Table hours? This means the Barn is open for you, students, staff and community. Come create, make, build or knit. We have tools, supplies and kits. Or even do homework. Just come curious, it will lead to natural creativity, in it’s many forms and the result is often that we find ourselves more courageous to risk again and discover more.
Upcoming Activities: Supplies Included!
Every Thursday Knitting 3:30- 5, led by Sue Howell
Third Thursdays starting in October, 7:00- 8, Craft Guild lead by Ali Small
Want more info? Contact Julie Jeanseau at jjeanseau@corban.edu
The barn is looking for student workers who love engaging in creativity in any of its many forms. Building, gluing, painting, drilling, cutting….making and engaging is what this space is all about. Sound interesting? We are looking for a few student workers to help in the afternoons and evenings at what we call Open Table. Job description will vary from helping build Lego towers to helping instructors set up for classes and cleaning up at the end of the evening.
If you’re interested in applying, or just want more information, email Nicole Pearson (npearson@corban.edu)
Adding or Dropping a Class?:
Please check your fall class schedule in SIS to make sure that the classes you are attending are the same ones on your fall schedule. Friday, September 2nd is the last day that you can add a class to your fall schedule and the last day to drop a class without a fee. If you need to change your schedule you may drop the class yourself or see your advisor. After September 2nd you will be allowed to withdraw from a course in the Registrar’s Office, but there will be a $10 drop fee charged.
