They come back with their worldviews blown wide open and with some advice for others who may follow in\u202ftheir\u202ffootsteps. So here is a list of their\u202fdo&#8217;s\u202fand don&#8217;ts for people considering studying abroad.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Packing<\/u><\/strong>: When it comes to preparing yourself to embark on this\u202fendeavor, packing intelligently and conservatively will save you many headaches.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>&#8220;Take clothes you wouldn&#8217;t mind leaving\u202fthere,&#8221; said Daniel\u00a0Ziesmer, Ministry major. For anyone, it is easy to lose some articles of clothing or toiletry when traveling so don&#8217;t take anything super valuable.<\/li>\n<li>Toiletries are sold in other parts of the world so you may have to buy them when you get there.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Do not bring over three pairs of shoes&#8221; reflected Karen Howard. Shoes take up a lot of space and aren&#8217;t as easily squished into a suitcase, so be minimal.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure to have room in your carry-on for souvenirs, there will be plenty.<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t bring paper books, aside from your Bible. Don&#8217;t waste it.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ol>\n<li>Get to know the people you are studying with. You&#8217;ll be around them for a few months.
