What do you do when you encounter someone who is different than you?\u00a0<\/strong>How do you feel? What goes on inside of you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

As Christians we need be able to understand other cultures to communicate and work effectively within various cultural groups. We have so much in common! Living, dying, eating, sleeping, caring for our family \u2026 looking for meaning and purpose. Yet, there is so much that is different!<\/p>\n

How can we better express Christ\u2019s love across cultures? \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We need the cultural awareness and the ability to adapt to different cultures for meaningful relationship. Now research indicates that this kind of awareness and capability can be measured and evaluated as your cultural intelligence (CQ). Individuals, universities and other faith-based organizations that assess and develop CQ are experiencing many important outcomes:<\/p>\n
