{"id":612,"date":"2017-10-11T15:26:27","date_gmt":"2017-10-11T22:26:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.corban.edu\/clips\/?p=612"},"modified":"2017-10-11T15:26:27","modified_gmt":"2017-10-11T22:26:27","slug":"update-from-the-registrar-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.corban.edu\/clips\/2017\/10\/11\/update-from-the-registrar-4\/","title":{"rendered":"Update from the Registrar!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Withdrawing from a class?:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you need to withdraw from a class, please stop by the Registrar\u2019s Office to pick up a course change card.\u00a0 Once you have the required signatures, please return the form to the Registrar\u2019s Office along with your $10 fee per class withdrawn.\u00a0 You have until <strong><em>Friday, November 3<sup>rd<\/sup><\/em><\/strong> to withdraw from a course this semester<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Final High School and College Transcripts Due:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Freshman<\/em><\/strong>: If you have not submitted your final high school transcript, you have already received notification from our office about submitting it.\u00a0 A hold has been placed on your student account which will prevent you from being able to register for classes beginning on Monday, November 13<sup>th<\/sup>.\u00a0 If you have any questions about this please contact our office.<\/li>\n<li>If you have taken classes over the summer at another college or university and have <strong>not <\/strong>sent your final transcripts to Corban:\u00a0 Please place an order to have them sent to the Corban Registrar\u2019s Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Graduating this year?:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>If you applied to graduate this school year, you have received a copy of your degree audit in your Corban e-mail.\u00a0 Please look over this carefully with your advisor and make sure that you have a plan in place to fulfill all of your degree requirements.\u00a0 You should be registered for all of your spring semester classes at this time.\u00a0 If you make any scheduling changes, please communicate with Karen Goertzen at kgoertzen@corban.edu so that she can update your audit.<\/li>\n<li>If you did not applied to graduate this past April, it is not too late.\u00a0 Please come by the Registrar\u2019s Office to pick up a graduation application.\u00a0 Completed applications must be received <strong>before <\/strong>December 1, 2017.\u00a0 Please be aware that a late fee does apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Study Day: Friday October 13th.
